Boys & Girls ages 4-7
Saturday's 2-3 PM
The Little Tots class utilizes fun games, interactive activities and focus exercises to help the young student develop self-confidence. Whether for acting and modeling shoots or just life in general, Lil Tots helps young people feel comfortable being in front of an audience. While Little Tots are having fun, mommies know that new skills are being learned and developed. And, mommies can reinforce the lessons at home. No experience is necessary.
This three-part series is broken into six week classes with each one focusing on a different learning element. Class meets Saturday's 2-3 PM.
What kind of skills will my child learn in Little Tots?

Session #1: TV Commercials. Learn to memorize commercials before kids are able to read or while they're learning to read. Facial expressions and following directions are the main focus of this class and kids get to see themselves on TV.
Session #2: Runway. Posture, Poise and How to Walk in a Room with confidence. Lil Tots will also learn how to walk on the runway for fashion shows.
Session #3: Photo Movement for Fashion & Commercial Print Work (Modeling Jobs)
Session #4: The biz of the biz. Audition Strategies, Interview Skills and Proper Etiquette for Jobs. Students will learn how to focus on directions and speak politely to adults. We create a "mock" audition for the kids to learn how to behave as if they are out on a casting/audition.
Session #5: Improvisation. Learning to “not think, just speak” which promotes creativity in their little minds. We use funny kid-friendly scenes and jokes to teach how to have real conversations instead of yes/no answers.
Session #6: Scenes with a Partner. Kids learn to give positive affirmation in conversations and how to use smiles and eye contact.
Session #7: Headshot session with Halo photographer and instructor, Felecia. Kids will bring an outfit from home to pose for a photoshoot. One jpeg image will be given complimentary other images will be available for purchase after the shoot. Parents are encouraged to attend their child's "mini-photo session" at Halo.
Optional Session #8: Agency Audition and individual critique with Halo Director, Stephanie. By appointment. Agency auditions are not mandatory. Some parents enroll their kids in our classes just for self-confidence building. If your child would like to audition for the agency, we will schedule the audition and critique/feedback session by appointment, once the student has finished all seven classes.
